WATCH: Justin Bieber Steps Out of Line during Sobriety Test
Video: Police Footage of Justin Bieber's Socriety Test after DUI Arrest in Miami
Justin Bieber was forced to walk the line, proving to police (and now the world) the destructive spiral he's found himself going down.
The Miami State Attorney's Office released about ten hours of video footage from January 23, 2014, the night the "Boyfriend" singer was was stopped for drag racing and later charged with a DUI, resisting arrest and driving on an expired license. A toxicology report revealed he had blood-alcohol level exceeding the legal limit as well as Xanax and marijuana in his system.
The video shows Bieber in the South Florida police station, still wearing his black sweatshirt, leather shorts and orange shoes, along with an officer and his friend Khalil Sharieff who was also arrested for an alleged DUI. At some point in the video, the Biebs decides to do some pushups... Perhaps to sweat out the alcohol in his system? To get ready for the tough dudes in jail? Who knows... Douchey move nonetheless.
About an hour and a half into the footage, we see the 19-year-old take about 30 seconds to walk a very wobbly straight line one way and then come back the other. A half-minute later, he does it again, pausing over his first step and stepping off the line in his second. Oops.
While most of the remaining video footage was released, five clips are described by Bieber's legal team as "sensitive" and are being withheld. The clips contained footage of him urinating in a cup for further testing... Thank goodness for that.
