Joanna Krupa Reacts to Foreclosure Reports: "It's Handled"

Joanna Krupa reacts to foreclosure reports
Joanna Krupa is ready to put this whole foreclosure thing behind her.

According to the reality star, it’s much ado about nothing.

“I don't live in Encino,” she told Celebuzz. “I have invested in different opportunities over the years, and unfortunately, they have not all worked out. It is part of business and it's handled. I appreciate the press concern, but all is wonderful in my life.”

The newlywed, who splits her time between Miami and Los Angeles, was reportedly just notified of foreclosure documents on an investment property she bought in the L.A. enclave of Encino in 2004 for $670K.

But she insists she’s taking steps to ensure an auction isn’t going to happen, and she's not going to end up like the Housewives before her living the champagne lifestyle on a bankrupt budget (i.e. Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita, Danielle Staub, Taylor Armstong, Lynne Curtain, Tamra Barney, Alexis Bellino and Michaele Salahi.)

“She's going through loan modification now,” a source close to the former Dancing With The Stars contestant tells CB!

“Joanna owns multiple investment properties. She's not getting rid of the house and she's not going to lose it.

“She's trying to bring down the mortgage payments because the house is not worth what it once was. She doesn't want to foreclose on it and is taking care of it.”

What do you think -- Will Joanna end up like other famous Housewives whose homes have gone under? Tell us below.
