Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Have Reportedly Set a Wedding Date
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have set a date to be married, according to Us Weekly. The couple will walk down the aisle on May 24th, the magazine reports.
Kim, 33, and Kanye, 36, got engaged on Kim's birthday last year in October. The "New Slaves" singer proposed at AT&T Park in San Francisco, and the moment was filmed for Kim's reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kanye, ever the traditionalist, got down on one knee and gave Kim a stunning 15-carat diamond engagement ring.
Initially, the couple was rumored to be tying the knot at the legendary Palace of Versailles, which would ensure a lavish affair with several hundreds of guests, but Kim put that rumor to rest last month. She told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show, "We're having a super, super small, intimate wedding. As we go along, we're realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking."
The wedding will take place in Paris however, Kimye's home away from home. The couple have traveled to the romantic capital several times, and Kanye is currently in the City of Lights. The Yeezus artist was on hand as his future sister-in-law Kendall Jenner walked the runway for Givenchy.
