Beyonce is taking us behind — or rather, bey-hind — the scenes in the making of her now-famous surprise visual album.

For those of you who has been living under a rock, Queen B basically showed all of us basic folks up last December by releasing a 14-track album — complete with music videos accompanying each song — that was completely recorded in secrecy. Suffice to say, the LP shot to No. 1 and became music history.

Now, the chart-topping songstress is giving fans an inside look at just how she pulled off the stunt, taking us through the filming of her “Partition,” “***Flawless,” and “Grown Woman” music videos.

In the freshly-released sneak peek, music video director Jake Nava spills the beans on the whole project, including a true-to-Beyonce anecdote about how Jay-Z had a police escort on standby during the couple’s super sexy “Partition” scenes. Seriously, you just have to watch this one yourself.

Take a look at behind-the-scenes video, above.
