Emma Stone Fangirls and Cries Over the Spice Girls
Yep, Emma Stone is definitely a child of the 90s.
Like how many of us would react seeing out childhood idol, the actress got a little emotional when she was presented with a pre-recorded video message from Spice Girls' Mel B during a The Amazing Spider-Man 2 press junket interview, breaking down in tears as she watched the British singer address her by name.
"Oh my god, is Mel B talking to me?" the starlet gushed as her voice cracked in a super fangirl moment. "Oh my god, I'm so excited. I'm legitimately crying. I'm the biggest Spice Girls fan ever."Merrick Watts and Sophie Monk had recorded Mel B, who often co-hosts their radio program, giving Stone a shout-out after she couldn't make it to the sit-down.
"First of all, I want to say I absolutely adore you," Scary Spice said in the clip shown to Stone. "I love you. And I want to say thank you for being such a Spice Girl fan. But my question to you is, why did you like Baby Spice and not me more? Your punishment for that is [that] I want you to do a rendition of one of the Spice Girls songs."
