Selena Gomez’s Housewarming Gift Is a Creepy Trespasser
Selena Gomez got a warm welcome to her new neighborhood courtesy of a trespasser Sunday night.
The “Come & Get It” singer just bought a $3 million pad in Calabasas, Calif. and came home last night at 9:30 p.m. with a friend to get freaked out by what can only be deduced as a crazed fan, CB! has confirmed.
Gomez and her unnamed friend heard a noise, Malibu/Lost Hills sheriffs told Celebuzz, and called her security and the cops.
The 20-year-old trespasser goes by the name of Che Cruz, who even knocked on the front door and told her friend he was looking for the former Disney starlet.
Didn’t Gomez ever learn you don’t ever answer the door for strangers, especially when you’re an international pop star?
Right now Cruz is still behind bars and won’t get out unless he posts the $50,000 bail.
Talk about ending the weekend on a sour note after taking home the award for “Favorite Female Singer” at the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards Saturday.
This isn’t the first time Gomez has nearly come face-to-face with a stalker when 20-year-old Juan Daniel Garcia was arrested in January for creeping on her Tarzana property in broad daylight.
