When gorging on greasy food and staring at pictures of One Direction doesn't fill your soul with joy and satisfaction, there's something seriously wrong.

Sometimes, the sound of the alarm clock at 6:30am on a Monday morning is all it takes to put a person in the BADDEST of bad moods. If and when that happens to you, one of two things can be done: 1. Call in sick and spend all of last week's paycheck on drinks at Happy Hour.

The only problem with that, is that it requires festering in your funk until at least 5 o'clock. So, go with the second option and convince yourself that, no matter what the problem is, "laughter is the best medicine."

Laughter, be it a quick chuckle or a lasting howl, is proven to enhance the overall health of your mind and body. Laughter relaxes tense muscles, boosts the immune system, burns calories, and most importantly, releases endorphins! Yay, endorphins! Laughter, and humor in general, help us relate to one another, heal our broken hearts, and of course, keep us entertained. And the best part of all, laughter is like yawning... it's contagious!

Seriously, just try to keep a straight face while clicking through our gallery of 'Celebs Caught Cracking Up.' You will literally LOL.

Very true on this. Laughter really is the best medicine! They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, HA! Keep smiling! If you can make at least one person smile a day, then you have made a difference.
