Talk about bad timing.

Just 24 hours after Big Sean broke off his engagement with fiancee Naya Rivera, the Glee starlet can be seen looking fabulous in the new issue of DaMan magazine.

Normally we’d say, "Eat your heart out, Mr. Sean," but it’s not the photos that made us cringe -- those are obviously stunning. But we’re pretty sure the sexy Latina is probably wishing she had bitten her tongue after she gushed to the mag about how the two lovebirds met.

Rivera reveals that she actually jumpstarted their whirlwind romance by taking the first, very forward, step.

“I actually started following him on Twitter and I mentioned that I was a big fan. Then some fans started to alert him that I was following him,” Rivera told the mag.

“His assistant happens to be a big fan of Glee, knows my character on the show and knows who I am. So Big Sean became curious and started to ask who I was.”

The twosome’s engagement was confirmed last October, but before then, the 27-year-old actress said their budding relationship was just like any normal couple trying to date.

“A date was set, and it all just happened from there,” she added. “The way our relationship blossomed is like any other relationship. We went on a date and we enjoyed each other’s company; we went on another and another, and it developed like any normal relationship.”

But what was far from typical is how the exes break-up went public.

Since the two met via social media, it’s only fitting the two should split in the same fashion.

Rivera allegedly took to Twitter to accuse her former musician fiancé (real name Sean Anderson) of stealing her expensive Rolex watch. Although it was deleted, TMZ reported she wrote: “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady's house now. Maybe cuz I'm on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.”

Instead, the rapper decided to release an official statement without all the drama: "After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," the rep said. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
