'Backstreet Boy' Nick Carter Sells His Nashville Panty-Dropping Palace for $680,000
Just in time for the wedding on April 12, the Backstreet Boy unloaded his modest pad in March located just outside of Nashville for $680,000, leaving plenty of time -- and extra money -- for the newlyweds to find a new country love nest to call home.
Originally listed in 2010 for nearly $800,000, Carter took it on and off the market in 2011 and re-listed in 2013. But 2014 was his lucky year in more ways than one.
The Craftsman-style home has charming curb appeal and tons of quaint southern comfort inside. The main house includes 5 bedrooms, a guest apartment, a downstairs game room, an upstairs living room complete with drum set, music room, study, and plenty of boy band memorabilia to relive the good old days.
