After nearly a year and a half of anticipation, the Disney Channel has finally announced a premiere date for its Boy Meets World sequel (reboot?) Girl Meets World. The show will air on Friday nights, starting June 27, mirroring the original Boy Meets World‘s spot on ABC’s TGIF lineup.

In addition to finally announcing a premiere date, Disney also released a full-length trailer for the show, which stars Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel reprising their roles from Boy Meets World as the parents of the titular girl Riley (Rowan Blanchard). The show’s premise doesn’t look too surprising: middle school girl is embarrassed by her parents, middle school girl is embarrassed in front of a boy, etc. More exciting is the show’s IMDb page, which shows that William Daniels (Mr. Feeny), Rider Strong (Shawn Hunter) and Will Friedle (Eric Matthews) will all appear in at least one episode of Girl. The whole gang is back together again!
