Yep, Mariah Carey Wore a Ball Gown to the Playground with Her Kids

To no one’s surprise, Mariah Carey was a bit overdressed for a recent trip to a New York City playground with her kids.

On Monday, the Elusive Chanteuse donned a figure-hugging white dress to have some fun with Dem Babies. Lucky for us, the five-time Grammy winner documented the whole thing on social media.

Here’s Mama Mariah pushing her 3-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe on the swings. In heels.

“Sinking into the rubber mats… lol,” the singer wrote in the caption.

Over on Twitter, Mariah announced she made some new friends at the playground. Here's a collage:

Just last week, the “Beautiful” hit maker rode the subway in a different ball gown and of course, shared the experience on Instagram. Her 14th studio album Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse was released last month.

I got zero problems with this. I think it's great she still wants to look good even when she is just taking the kids to the park. Better the most moms that think it is ok to give up just because they have a kid.

who cares? how many other celebrities, or parents in general, even take the time to do these things with their kids? there are a lot worse things we should be worried about.

Her kids were born in 2011 not 2001!

She didn't have anything clean to wear. So why not wear a ball gown to the playground. You have to get your money's worth out of them.LOL

Elusive? This old bag is about as elusive as a case of the crabs.

Nick Cannon is a very lucky guy. Mariah Carey can wear a burlap sack and still look like a million dollars.
