Justin Bieber’s long rap list of car accidents, chases, DUIs, speeding and what have you only continues growing…

Just a day after getting in a car accident while trying to flee from the paparazzi, the “Boyfriend” singer is now being sued for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with his Ferrari… But this time it might not actually be his fault entirely.

Walter Lee claims the pop star struck him with his fancy sports car on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles in June of 2013.

According to the lawsuit, Lee sustained several injuries of which he says he may never recover.  Along with the injuries he says he’s been saddled with several hospital and medical bills.

What the lawsuit doesn’t mention is that Lee was standing in the middle of the street trying to shoot photos of the singer after being told multiple times to move by Bieber’s bodyguards.   In fact, Bieber was investigated after the incident for a hit-and-run, but was cleared of any legal wrongdoing.
