7 major movie stars moving to the small screen this fall.
Dearest television lovers, get ready for a whole lotta Taye Diggs.

The 43-year-old actor — and everyone’s favorite Twitter user — has been tapped to guest star on CBS’ The Good Wife.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Taye on the show,” executive producers and showrunners Robert and Michelle King said in a statement to E! News. “We’ve been huge fans for years, and love his ability to play comedy and drama with equal ease.”

According to E!, Diggs will take on the role of Dean Levine-Wilkins, a “meticulous” and “talented” Lockhart/Gardner equity partner who joins Diane (Christine Baranski) at Florrick/Agos, which is of course spearheaded by Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Cary (Matt Czuchry).

Diggs currently stars on TNT’s detective drama Murder in the First, which premiered in early June.

The Good Wife returns to our lives on Sept. 21 on CBS.
