U.S. Government Seeking Immigrant on Vandalism Charges
Justin Bieber Will Be Charged with a Misdemeanor for Egging His Neighbor's House
Rick Perry's dreams are coming true, one at a time. The U.S. government is cracking down on the country's criminal immigrant population, starting with Canadian singing and dancing everteen Justin Bieber. Bieber will be charged with misdemeanor vandalism after his was recorded egging his neighbor's home in January.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney has spent several months trying to decide whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or a felony for the crime. TMZ reports that the decision has officially been made and that charges against Bieber will be filed later today.
Bieber and the neighbor in question had several altercations during the time the Bieber lived at the home in Calabasas, but this was the most violent. Bieber also allegedly spit on the neighbor's face in March of 2013.
Bieber will be arraigned later today, but he is not required to attend.
UPDATE: In a plea deal, Bieber pleaded no contest to the charges and was ordered to serve two years supervised probation, five days of community service, pay his neighbor $80,900, and undergo 12 weekly anger management courses.
