Comic-Con Trailer Debuts for 'The Walking Dead' Season Five

Cannibals, explosions and a whole lot of zombies are on display, right now, in the newly released trailer for the upcoming fifth season of AMC's The Walking Dead. And yes, before you ask, it's incredibly awesome.

Go ahead, take a gander.

**SPOILER ALERT FOR ANYONE NOT CAUGHT UP ON THE WALKING DEAD SEASON FOUR**

The first look inside next season's return for the zombie hit made its debut at Comic-Con on Friday, an event that typical stays under wraps for at least a few days following the panel.

Not this time though, as Rick and company are back in action and showing their Terminus captors who they're messing with.

At nearly 3 minutes long, the trailer dives deep into what happens following the entrapment of nearly every character in last season's cliffhanger. The future looks bleak for them though, having to overcome men in blood covered slickers with horrifying smiles. It even gives viewers a glimpse of Maggie's sister Beth, who many speculated may have been made into dinner on one of those fancy BBQ grills, dealing with a new antagonist of her own.

On hand to help premiere the trailer were most of the shows central cast, including Andrew Lincoln, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chad L. Coleman and Michael Cudlitz.
