Comic-Con: Evangeline Lilly and Corey Stoll Join Marvel's 'Ant-Man'

Marvel is bringing out the big guns for the next phase of its cinematic universe and this time they've enlisted the help of Hollywood heavyweights Evangeline Lilly and Corey Stoll.

Although Ant-Man hasn't even begun filming yet, the majority of its stars were on hand to answer a few questions Saturday during Marvel's massive presentation in Hall H. And even though Evangeline had been dodging the question all weekend, Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige confirmed that she will in fact be playing the daughter to Michael Douglas' Hank Pym.

Stoll, whom you probably know from House of Cards or that terrible hairpiece on The Strain, will also star in the flick as the villain Yellowjacket.

Paul Rudd leads the cast as the title character though, which also features Patrick Wilson and Michael PeñaAnt-Man should begin filming next month with its premiere still scheduled for July 17th, 2015.

In other Marvel news, the superhero behemoth announced that a sequel to Guardians of the Galaxy is already in the works and will hit theaters on July 28th, 2017. Oh, and they also showed the very first footage from Avengers: Age of Ultron that featured a very scary, very angry, and very sentient, robot that's hellbent on the extermination of humanity.

It probably is best to forget that last part though, as Marvel most likely won't be showing it to the rest of us until later this year. In the meantime, check out some brand new concept art from the flick -- which will attempt its worldwide takeover on May 1st, 2015.
