Justin Bieber is mostly off the hook from his January arrest in Miami for suspected drag racing and possible DUI.

According to the Miami Herald, the 20-year-old Canadian pop star has agreed to a plea deal in the case, which will see the “Baby” singer plead guilty to a misdemeanor careless driving charge and resisting arrest without violence.

The original driving under the influence charge will be thrown out.

The Biebs will agree to take an anger management course and make a $50,000 charitable donation, in addition to paying court-ordered fines.

Bieber, an international pop star and mischievous bad boy, was arrested back in January for allegedly drag racing in his canary yellow Lamborghini.

According to the Miami Herald however, the “Never Say Never” singer admitted to smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication, but the evidence against him was lackluster.

The 20-year-old did not appear impaired, and his blood-alcohol level was far below the legal limit.
