Simon Cowell gave his son a bath and it was pretty cute.
Believe it or not, Betty Boop has never been on the big screen in a leading role.

But that’s all about to change, thanks to Simon Cowell.

Animal Logic Entertainment and Syco Entertainment (which Cowell owns) are partnering up to produce Betty’s first feature-length film.

The picture will be “music-driven,” animated and funny, according to a press release.

On Thursday, Cowell took to Twitter to share a cute image of Betty Boop planting a big one on him (above).

“I’ve worked with some serious divas but I think Betty could be the biggest of them all!” Cowell wrote.

“I’m so excited to return to the big screen! Let’s have some fun @SimonCowell! Boop-Oop-A-Doop! #SimonLovesBetty,” Betty echoed on her Twitter.

Betty Boop, who made her first appearance in cartoon form in the 1930s, last appeared in a cameo in the 1988 feature Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
