Kendall Jenner Threatens to Sue Waitress Who Claims Jenner Threw Money at Her
Kendall Jenner already vehemently denied throwing money at Blaine Morris, a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, after she forgot to pay her bill, and now she’s prepared to walk the walk by considering legal action.
TMZ reports Jenner’s lawyer, Marty Singer, sent a letter to the Morris in which he threatened to sue for defamation.
In the letter, Singer writes that Jenner and her friend Hailey Baldwin accidentally left the Mercer Kitchen without paying their bill. Morris approached them outside of the restaurant, and when confronted, Jenner was “extremely apologetic” and handed Morris $40, which was enough money to cover both the bill and a tip. This contradicts an earlier report from Page Six that said Jenner and Baldwin left the restaurant after Morris refused to serve them alcohol. When Morris approached the pair outside the restaurant, Jenner laughed and threw money at her.
In the letter to Morris, Singer also wrote:
“Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress… You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.”
That’s some Grade A shade right there.
Should Jenner decide to follow through and sue, we’ll be sure to let you know.
