Super Bowl XLVIII
Celebrities attend 2014's big game.
Reports began circulating earlier this week that the NFL wants Katy Perry, Rihanna or Coldplay to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show next year.

However, if you ask Erin Andrews, she’s hoping to see her favorite musician Jay Z hit the stage!

While she admits she’s seen a lot of amazing performances in her years working as a sports corespondent at the big game, she says Hova would be pretty freakin’ awesome.

“Jay Z I think would be a good act to actually watch,” she told CELEBUZZ while promoting Florida orange juice.  “I think that would be a really good time actually!”  (And let’s admit it, Jay Z has the kind of money the NFL is looking for to be able to afford paying for the high-acclaimed halftime spot).

However, while Andrews is a big hip hop fan, she also can’t deny her southern roots.  As a Florida girl, she’s a big country music fan, too, loving anything by Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton.

“Blake would probably be a pretty awesome halftime performance as well!” she adds.

But if you asked her who she’d most like to see on Dancing With the Stars next season?  It wouldn’t be a musician… Instead she wants to get some runway action out there on the dance floor.

Gisele [Bundchen],” she answers without hesitation. “She’s my celeb crush anyway so I’d love to have her on the show.”

Not that Gisele would need the money (she’s the highest paid model in the world), but that would certainly make for an awesome show!

Speaking of DWTS, Erin says she hadn’t heard much about Julianne Hough making her way back onto the show yet (news broke as she was in the middle of back-to-back interviews), but if it is true, she thinks it would add a positive twist!

“If there’s anything that I’m proud about with the show it’s that producers are finding new ways to keep us relevant,” she told me.  “You know, we go up against tough competition like The Voice week in and week out.  [So] whatever they’re deciding to do this year, I trust them! They always make us exciting and relevant for the viewers so anything they do I’m behind!

“But I know nothing!” she adds with a laugh.

Erin recently replaced Brooke Burke as DWTS host alongside Tom Bergeron.
