Kate Upton has responded to the naked photo leak that has rocked the entertainment industry.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model’s attorney has released a statement following news that nude photos of Upton and her boyfriend, Detroit Tigers baseball player Justin Verlander, were stolen as part of a major hacking scheme.

“This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton’s privacy,” Kate’s lawyer Lawrence Shire said. “We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”

Kate, 22, and Justin, 31, were just two names on a very long list of celebrities who are victims of the nude photo theft, which was discovered over the weekend.

A poster on the online bulletin board 4chan claimed to have more than 60 nude and/or nearly naked photos of Oscar winning actress Jennifer Lawrence and many other famous folks. It appears the hacker(s) were able to access celebs’ photos via Apple iCloud.

The FBI is now investigating the leak, the agency said in a statement to the Associated Press.

“The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter.”

Other celebs affected by the invasion include Ariana Grande, Kirsten Dunst and Victoria Justice.
