Robert Pattinson Reportedly Dating Singer FKA Twigs
After Robert Pattinson was spotted out in New York City with a mystery girl last week, rumors spread that he was dating someone new. Now, US Weekly is reporting that the girl in the pictures is English singer FKA Twigs and that she is in fact Robert's new girlfriend!
It sounds like 28-year-old Robert and 26-year-old FKA Twigs, real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett, met through mutual friends. One source told US, "Tahliah thinks he is unbelievably handsome."
The pair have been dating for a few weeks and another source said, "It's early [on] but they're having fun."Dylan Penn and Riley Keough in the past, this would be his first real relationship since Kristen Stewart. Things were never really the same between Robert and Kristen after photos surfaced of Kristen cheating on Robert with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders in July 2012.
Rupert was married at the time to model and actress Liberty Ross who just recently spoke out about the scandal. Liberty told Harper's Bazaar UK, "Unfortunately, we live in a world where everything is so overexposed that it’s actually terrifying. I was horrified at how relentless and extraordinary going through something like that was."
Liberty also talked about forgiveness saying, "People need to learn to forgive. I have no problem with anyone involved. I’m completely compassionate, I really am. No life is perfect, we all have our problems and issues and I believe that it’s good to be true to who you are. Rupert and I were together since we were very, very young. I was 18 – essentially, I married my first boyfriend. I always used to say we were more like brother and sister anyway. We’d been together for so long, we weren’t really evolving together as a couple so much." Liberty's divorce from Rupert was finalized and she's moved on to record producer Jimmy Iovine. So, is it now Robert's turn to move on from Kristen?
