Hilary Duff’s Rep Says Leaked Nudes Do Not Belong to the Actress: Report

Hilary Duff’s camp is weighing in on the celebrity leaked nudes scandal that has shaken up Hollywood.

A new batch of explicit photos surfaced on Friday, in which one anonymous 4chan poster claimed that the naked photos belong to the former Lizzie McGuire star. According to TMZ, Duff’s rep immediately jumped on the case following the release of the alleged nudes to deny the 26-year-old’s involvement.

The rep reportedly examined the newly-released snapshots and concluded that Duff is not the woman in the photos as actress has “defining birthmarks” and tattoos that are not pictured. The starlets rep also said that the FBI have been notified of the development and anyone stating that the nudes of Duff are “going to meet legal recourse,” according to the website.

So far, celebrities like Jennifer LawrenceKate UptonMary Elizabeth WinsteadKirsten DunstKaley CuocoBecca Tobin and Olympian McKayla Maroney have all confirmed that their private photos were stolen from them by hackers and posted online without permission. A “master list” shared on 4chan, where the alleged nudes initially surfaced, claims that other stars whose personal pictures are in possession of hackers include  Lea MicheleKrysten Ritter, and Teresa Palmer.
