Ariana Grande, Gwyneth Paltrow, Joe Manganiello and More ‘Stand Up to Cancer’ in Hollywood

Turning the home of the Oscars into the world’s largest telethon takes a lot of star power. Thankfully, Stand Up for Cancer had the likes of Ariana Grande, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Hudson, Joe Manganiello, Reese Witherspoon and the cast of Modern Family all lending a helping hand.

Billed as the “biggest televisiton event of the year,” the fundraising telecast, which was broadcast live on 36 television networks Friday, took over Hollywood’s iconic Dolby Theatre and featured performances from Grande, Hudson and Dave Matthews Band. All of whom encouraged viewers to call in and give a little cash to the cause.

To date, Stand Up for Cancer has raised more than $261 million in the name of cancer research over the course of three previous superstar powered showcases in 2008, 2010 and 2012.

And don’t fret, if you missed the telecast and would like to donate, the phone lines will remain open throughout the weekend in an effort to make sure whomever wants to take part is able to.
