Kendall Jenner has been killing the runway these days!

She’s gone topless for Ralph Lauren, snatched up the front and center spot for Dolce and Gabbana and bared her toned tummy for Fendi–all the while looking absolutely flawless!

So how does she do it?! How does someone like Kendall get in shape before she hits the runway?

Apparently, all it takes is a lot of tea!

“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,” she revealed to E! News (lemongrass-green tea blended Kusmi Detox Tea, to be precise).  “I have like 12 cups a day.”

As for, like, real food, Kendall says she eats a clean diet with loads of fruits, veggies and lean proteins.  She also snacks on apples throughout the day because keeping her energy levels up is an absolute must.

The busy 18-year-old stays fit with some good cardio, saying, “I like running.  I’ve been trying to get back into it.”

But besides eating clean and getting in her fitness fix when she can, Kendall swears by one simple beauty tip: lots of sleep.

“My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep,” she said.  “I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”

Well, whatever it is, it’s working.  The model–who recently dropped her famous last name–has become the “It Girl” in the fashion world.  We can’t wait to see her take on Paris Fashion Week now, too!
