Kris Jenner Tells E!: ‘The People in My Life, I Just Love Really Hard’

Kris Breaks Down
Kris Jenner cries about son Rob's depression.
She may have split from her husband of 23 years, but Kris Jenner still has a lot of love to spare.

For an upcoming episode of Beyond Candid With Giuliana, the Kardashian family matriarch opened up about Bruce Jenner and her intense philosophy on love.

“I love so hard. Like if I fall in love with you, whether it’s my girlfriends or my kids. The people in my life, I just love really hard,” Kris explained to host Giuliana Rancic.

Speaking about her ex-husband Bruce, Kris took things back to the start of her managerial career with him:

I felt like, nobody was tapping into his talent and his fantastic ability to really motivate an entire crowd of people…So we would, you know, hand make these PR kits and we would hand-deliver it to everybody we could think of and mail it to speakers bureaus around the country and we sat back and waited for the phone to ring and the phone rang.

The 58-year-old momager powerhouse even talked candidly about the infamous O.J. Simpson trial, during which her late husband Robert Kardashian defended Simpson. Nicole Simpson, who was murdered in 1994, was Kris Jenner’s best friend.

Kris described the uneasy dynamic she noticed between O.J. Simpson and his then-wife Nicole: “I did not know that a lot of the things that were going on behind closed doors, were actually going on, until about 1989…I noticed that it was getting really uncomfortable then.”

She also shared the reasoning behind her husband’s controversial decision to represent O.J. Simpson in court:

He wrote me a letter, the night before the trial started. It was something just explaining the reasons why he chose to do what he was doing. And felt like he had a duty as a friend and a confidante for all those years, and I really think that Robert believed in his innocence, or he wouldn’t have done it.

If there’s one thing that’s true about Kris Jenner, it’s that she’s seen a lot in her lifetime. You can catch the entire interview this Sunday, October 5 at 10pm on E!
