Are You a Basic Bitch? Just Gauge Your Reaction to Lauren Conrad’s Perfect Wedding Album

Lauren Conrad Gets Booked!
LC finds a new career as a woman of letters.
Remember last month when we all fawned over Lauren Conrad’s first wedding photo with William Tell?

Us Weekly has released 35 more photos from the couple’s September ceremony, and based on your level of basic-ness, you’ll either be rolling your eyes or firing up your Pinterest button.

The wedding album contains everything from a closer look at Lauren’s wedding gown, to a peek at the couple’s first dance and images of the bridal party. The wedding’s accoutrements, much like its attendees, were mostly white.

Here are a few of the most important facts that we learned:

The bride’s gown was a custom design from Mark Badgley and James Mischka – a sleeveless dress with a slim silhouette. Us Weekly uses terms like “Chantilly lace embroidered with Alençon lace.” I’ll stick with “Ooh, pretty.”

Our Crown Basic Bitch surrounded herself with a party of ten bridesmaids, one of whom you may recognize as Lo Bosworth from The Hills.

Lauren listened to Taylor Swift and Aretha Franklin while getting dressed. One of these artists is more basic than the other.

The couple exchanged wedding gifts: William bestowed upon Lauren an apple locket, with a piece of their first date menu tucked inside. In a surprising move, Lauren bought him a 1960s Omega Seamaster watch – indeed, she was out-DIY’d by her new husband.

Guests were gifted as well: among other things, they received Reese’s Pieces and Gummi bears, William and Lauren’s favorite candies.

William Tell – who we must never forget was part of the band Something Corporate – serenaded Conrad with his band’s classic “Punk Rock Princess” Frankie Valli’s “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.”
