The saga between Kesha and Dr. Luke continues.

In the wake of Kesha’s lawsuit again Dr. Luke, in which she claims that he “sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused” her for a decade, responses to fan letters penned by the songstress detailing his abuse have surface.

First uncovered by Buzzfeed, the letters to her fans — which were reportedly sent out during Kesha’s stay at the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center when she was seeking help for an eating disorder — were written on coloring book pages. In one letter addressed to a fan named Annie, the “Timber” singer claimed that Dr. Luke did “much more terrible shit” than the public knew.

“Dr. Luke has tortured me & my family,” she wrote in the same message.

In another letter, Kesha noted, “These music business assholes (well, Dr. Luke) had almost successfully crushed my magic. But that fucker didn’t win.”

Ever since Kesha came forward with allegations, Dr. Luke and his legal team fired back at the 27-year-old with a lawsuit of his own, accusing the singer and her mother, Pebe Sebert, of extortion and making up defamatory stories in order to get Kesha out of her legally binding contract with him.

Recent reports claim that Kesha had also told her doctors at her rehab center about Luke’s alleged abuse. According to Kesha’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, the singer didn’t feel comfortable taking legal actions against the super-producer until recently.

“She’s made efforts, [but] she is not a confrontational person,” he said. “The efforts were always met with psychological warfare, [predatory behavior] and things of that ilk. She finally got to a place where she is surrounded by people that are supportive enough that she felt like she could finally do it, and felt like she needed to do it. She just couldn’t go on this way. Getting out of the contract is really secondary to extricating herself from his control.”
