Kansas Mother Starts Petition to Remove Kardashian Kids Clothing From Babies ‘R’ Us
Kardashian Kids is run by two mothers, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, along with their sister, Khloe Kardashian. Now that clothing line is coming under fire by another mother, Amie Logan. Logan just started a petition, asking Babies ‘R’ Us to remove the Kardashian’s clothing because it, “promotes bad behavior.”
In the petition, Logan says, “I don’t want my child to grow up to be a Sex Tape star. You pulled the Breaking Bad toys because they promoted Drug use. You should pull this clothing line because it promotes bad behavior as well. The madness has to stop. If the toys are damaging so is the clothing.”
So far, the petition has over 2,500 signatures, and comments on the petition’s page echo Logan’s statements. One supporter wrote, “Breaking Bad toys are nowhere near as damaging to a young psyche as sexualization at such a young age. These people should be ashamed.” Another supporter wrote, “These women represent a family whose fame is based on a sex tape. I would never want my daughter to have to be so desperate for attention in life to do something so degrading. The fact Babies ‘R’ Us endorses this family is disgusting.”
Here’s a few examples from the Kardashian Kids clothing line.
Both Kim and Kourtney have put their kids in their Kardashian Kids clothing. So, clearly they don’t see anything wrong with their line, but what do you think about this petition? Should Babies ‘R’ Us remove the Kardashian’s clothing line from their stores? Sound off in the comments!
