Christian Bale is no longer playing Steve Jobs in the new Danny Boyle-directed biopic.

A few weeks ago, it was revealed that Bale would be playing the role of Steve Jobs. The writer of the film, Aaron Sorkin, confirmed the news.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Sources say Bale, after much deliberation and conflicting feelings, came to the conclusion he was not right for the part and decided to withdraw.” Now the search begins for another actor to play this role.

While Bale is no longer playing Jobs, another actor’s role in the film is close to being confirmed. Reports say that Seth Rogen is in talks to play Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak in the movie.
