Eminem Raps About Punching Lana Del Rey in New ‘SHADY CXVPHER’ Video

Music's Famous Feuds
The biggest beef in music history.
Today is a bad day for rap music.

Not only is Nicki Minaj using Nazi imagery for a lyrics video, but Eminem is rapping about punching women — most notably: famous songstress Lana Del Rey — in his new 18-minute cypher session.

In anticipating Shady Records’ 15th anniversary double album Shady XV, a video featuring Slim and rappers such as Crooked IJoe BuddenYelawolfRoyce Da 5’9″ and Joell Ortiz all taking turns spitting rhymes in different cities has been released. Though creative, the multi-location freestyle also features some questionable lyrics from Em, including a derogatory shot at Anderson Cooper’s sexuality and rhymes about Ray Rice beating the living shit out of his wife.

He raps in the video:

But I may fight for gay rights, especially if they d*ke is more of a knockout than Janay Rice/Play nice? Bitch I’ll punch Lana Del Rey right in the face twice, like Ray Rice in broad daylight in the plain sight of the elevator surveillance/’Til her head is banging on the railing, then celebrate with the Raven

Groan.

Though Slim may be hating on Del Rey, the “Blue Jeans” singer has nothing but kind words about the emcee: Del Rey previously admitted that she “fucking loves Eminem” and gushed about Em being “the master of lyrics.”

Of course, the pop star isn’t the first female in music to have been lyrically slammed by Eminem. In the past, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Mariah Carey have been skewered on his tracks.
