You win some, you lose some.

Actor Shia LaBeouf was in court this morning (Nov. 25, 2014) as a followup to his arrest during a June performance of Cabaret.

The 28-year-old actor appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court to submit proof he’s been attending an alcohol treatment program at the exclusive Hills facility in Los Angeles.

“He’s in compliance,” said Judge Ann Scherzer as LaBeouf stood before her wearing a slick navy suit and sporting a closely cropped haircut.

He will pay the judge another visit in March when his rehab is completed.

While that is great news for Shia, he received an accolade recently that wasn’t so great.

The Fury star was named to GQ’s list of the 2014 list of “30 Least Influential People,” recognizing those “who took up vast clouds of oxygen, gave us back nothing of use, and probably helped accelerate the death of our planet.”

So harsh.

GQ noted, “By the way, enough with celebrities excusing their asinine behavior—like, say, wearing paper bags over their heads—by claiming they were conducting some kind of sociological experiment about HUMANITY.”

Also among those making the list were Johnny Depp, Zach Braff, President Barack Obama and Bono.
