Kesha’s Mom Is Suing Dr. Luke for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

The lawsuits keep on flying.

As Kesha and Dr. Luke continue to be embroiled in a nasty legal battle in which the former claimed the latter had sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally  abused her, the songstress’ mother, Pebe Sebert, is filing a lawsuit of her own against the music producer.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Sebert claims Dr. Luke has tormented and abused her by allegedly date raping her famous daughter in a way
“as not to be tolerated in a civilized society.” Citing she’s now suffering from emotional distress and post-traumatic stress disorder by seeing Kesha go through the ordeal.

Largely restating what Kesha asserts in her own lawsuit against her longtime collaborator, Sebert claims that Luke once bragged about taking girls out on dates to get them drunk so he could “fuck them in the ass.” The showbiz matriarch also claims that Dr. Luke, whose birth name is Lukasz Gottwald, came to acquire his stage name after earning a reputation as a drug dealer during his 10-year run as a guitarist on Saturday Night Live.

Sebert entered rehab earlier this year for PTSD. Meanwhile, Kesha had checked herself in the same treatment facility for an eating disorder.

In October, Dr. Luke filed a lawsuit against Sebert for spreading false claims he raped her in order to “shame” him into letting Kesha out of her contract. In the suit, the producer, who also filed a defamation claim against Kesha, claimed both the “Die Young” hitmaker and her mother admitted under oath that he never assaulted the star.
