Nicki Minaj just dropped a brand new song off her The Pinkprint album, and it’s like nothing we’ve ever heard out of the rapper before.

“All Things Go” dives deep into some of Nicki’s biggest heartbreaks and struggles in her life, taking her out of her normally tough persona and placing her in an uncharacteristically vulnerable spot.

The song, which is meant to be an intro to Minaj’s new album, reveals details about her failed engagement, regrets about her cousin’s death and the emotions she feels after having an abortion 16 years ago.

Minaj addresses the abortion by relating it to her little brother Micaiah, rapping: “I want ‘Caiah to go to college, just to say ‘We did it!’ / My child with Aaron, would’ve have been 16, any minute. / So in some ways I feel like ‘Caiah, is the both of them./ It’s like he’s ‘Caiah’s little angel, looking over him.”

The “Anaconda” crooner was about 15 years old when she got pregnant–a story she’s opened up about on Autobiography in 2008, admitting she still feels guilty over it.  However, it appears in her upcoming album she’s moving in a more positive direction, saying:  “Cherish these nights, cherish these people. Life is a movie, but there will never be a sequel. And I’m good with that, as long as I’m peaceful. As long as seven years from now, I’m taking my daughter to preschool.”
