ICYMI: Amanda Bynes Has Returned . . . to Twitter
On Saturday, the actress went shopping in Los Angeles and shared the following postcard from the store’s dressing room:

According to an employee at the Valley Village shop, Bynes “is a lovely girl” and “is the best customer we have had so far.” [via E! News]
issued a public apology to her parents Lynn and Rick. The former What I Like About You star had been recorded by roommates saying she had plans to murder her parents.
“I’m sorry I trusted people who clearly were not my friends and capitalized on my illness,” Bynes said in a statement. “I am doing my best to get better. I am truly sorry for the statements I made. I am sorry for any pain I caused my family and others.”
Bynes was released from an involuntary psychiatric hold on Oct. 30.
