2015 Golden Globes Gown Predictions: Who Will the Stars Wear?

2014 Golden Globes
Here's what you missed!
With the Golden Globes coming up on Sunday, of course everyone is waiting anxiously to see who will take home the big awards of the night… But let’s be honest: we’re more excited to see what everyone will be wearing on the red carpet!

Big names that are already penned in for attendance include: Jennifer Aniston, Emma Stone, Reese Witherspoon and Lena Dunham who are all up for nominations as well as Gwyneth Paltrow who will be announcing one of the categories.  Not only are these ladies some of the most fashionable women in Hollywood, but their red carpet choices have always been greatly discussed.

Here’s who we think each woman will wear this year:

Jennifer Aniston in Zac Posen.  Jen typically goes for a simple, more conservative look (except for that one time her entire leg was out).  I’d love to see her rock something other than black this year, and I think this deep blue Zac Posen gown would be an awesome choice!

Emma Stone in Oscar de la Renta.  First of all, we plan on seeing a few Oscar de la Renta gowns on the carpet this year in honor of the great designer’s passing.  This gown is from his spring 2015 collection, and it automatically struck me as something fun Stone would adore–bright, fun and young, just like her!

Gwyneth Paltrow in Marchesa.  GP isn’t afraid to take a risk with her wardrobe (remember that see-through dress she wore the premiere of Iron Man 3 last year?).  I think this Marchesa gown is gorgeous–sophisticated enough for Paltrow with a hint of sexiness.

Lena Dunham in Zac Posen.  There’s a strong chance Lena Dunham will wear Zac Posen this year, and after looking through some of his gowns, a few caught my eye for the Girls actress.  However, since she likes switching it up and going for more “out there” styles, I thought this red, high/low might be a great, more unique choice for her!

Reese Witherspoon in Oscar de la Renta. Reese has worn Oscar de la Renta at several awards shows in years past, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she honored that late fashion designer at the Globes this year.  The Wild actress typically goes for structured gowns in bright colors, and though this pre-fall 2015 dress doesn’t fit either description, it just screams something she would totally be able to pull off!
