Mark your calendars, Beliebers and haters. Justin Bieber will be the distinguished roastee on a special Comedy Central roast this spring.

The network officially announced the #BieberRoast this morning after Ryan Seacrest broke the news on the radio.

Apparently, the roast has been dream of Bieber’s for quite some time.

“Justin has been asking us for a few years to roast him, and we just kept telling him to go create more source material first,” Kent Alterman, President, Content Development & Original Programming, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled he listened.”

Bieber, who was mocked on Saturday Night Live this past weekend for his Calvin Klein ads, had this to say about his upcoming roast (rumored to be taping on Mar. 7):

The Canadian singer will be Comedy Central’s first roast since James Franco sat down for a few good burns in 2013. Participating comedians should have no trouble turning the Bieber spit grill. Perhaps they can refresh their memories with our many, many roundups of the Biebs’ best work.
