Khloe Kardashian Drops Secret Recipe for Losing Weight: Get it Now!

There’s no doubt about it, Khloé Kardashian has been looking absolutely amazing these days, but losing the weight and getting fit hasn’t come all that easy for the 30-year-old.

KoKo is constantly at the gym, waking up before the sun rises to get her workout in prior to a full day of work.  She also uses some little tips and tricks to keep herself healthy when it comes to food (like spraying sweets with windex to keep herself form eating them).

In fact, the reality star even let her fans onto one of her favorite ways to detox by revealing a recipe she uses daily.

Khloé shared this photo of her “detox water” saying, “I know I’m supposed to drink tons of water everyday but it’s soooo boring!!! I read about this detox water online and I decided to try it out! It tastes sooo yummy!!! Here’s how you make it dolls!”

The Ingredients include:

  • 12 cups of filtered water (3 quarts)
  • 1 medium organic cucumber
  • 2-3 small organic lemons
  • 10-12 organic mint leaves

Here’s what she provided as directions: “Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. (I did mine overnight) now drink up and enjoy ALL of the healthy benefits this water had to offer!!”

Khloé actually isn’t the only one who wears by this water.  Miranda Kerr is also a big fanatic of the special detox concoction, saying it “really helps kick up the digestion and it also cleanses the body and boosts the immune system.”
