Farrah Abraham is Returning to ‘Teen Mom’ Much to her Co-Stars’ Dismay
Unfortunately, we’re not talking about adult-rated stuff (though there’s no doubt she’ll probably end up back there–pun intended–eventually), but the 23-year-old is headed to where it all started, returning to Teen Mom yet again.
Us Weekly exclusively revealed the news after speaking with Abraham who said, “There’s going to be lots of excitement from the Teen Mom fans and MTV’s fan base as well, so I’m excited to be back!”
probably not feeling the same way.
In May, the show’s stars Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout had requested that Farrah not return and thus she was no longer being considered in negotiations. Obviously MTV executives have since reconsidered.
The show’s creator Lauren Dolgen explained, “[The other girls] know that she’s coming back, and it did create a little bit of controversy that will play out in the series.”
efinite drama to the show and keep it from being stagnant.
“I think they were more or less saying that there was more to my story that they really felt was missing from the Teen Mom show, and I totally agree with them,” Abraham explained. “I understand their point of view, and it was a funny situation to be in.”
But despite knowing she’s headed for controversy with her co-stars and being pinned by the audience as one of the most promiscuous women in the group (putting out an adult film, creating sex toys and writing an erotic novel trilogy will do that), she doesn’t plan to change her ways for anyone.
Teen Mom OG will premiere this spring.
