Everyone’s favorite Bostonians Matt Damon, John Krasinski, Chris Evans and Ben Affleck are stepping up in defense of Quarterback Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in light of #Deflategate.

Claiming to be the “Locker Room Guy”, all of them take responsibility for the scandal ahead of the big game on Sunday (Feb. 1, 2015) in this parody video – showing off their sexy Boston accents, a variety of baseball caps, and true Patriots pride.

Jimmy Kimmel introduced the sketch saying, “When there’s a high-profile crime, all of a sudden a bunch of people come forward and claim they did it, like when the Lindbergh baby was kidnapped, there was a group — a bunch of people confessed. Same with the Black Dahlia murders.”

Damon, posing as a diehard fan, said “So I go and I take a football. I don’t want to squeeze all the air into his little lungs because, you know, I don’t want to ruin the football, so I just take a little bit of air out of ‘em, like 11 out of 12 of them, and it does the trick, it absolutely saves his lungs.”

Krasinski joked, “I start sucking air out of the regulation balls in order to save those people’s lives,” he said. “I saved 17 people’s lives. Tom Brady had nothing to do with it. But let me tell you something: If he did, he would have done the exact same thing. Because he’s a g****** hero.”

Affleck confesses, “Let me ask you a question: Who are you gonna believe: Tom Brady, the greatest man in all humanity? Or a bunch of a****** on Twitter?”

Evans brings up a good point, saying Tom couldn’t have deflated the balls, “unless he deflated those footballs with his piercing baby blue eyes.”

The real “Locker Room Guy” is being investigated for allegedly giving Quarterback Tom Brady the under-inflated footballs (twelve in all) used in the Patriots’s game against the Colts on Jan. 18, 2015, thus allowing them an illegal advantage because a deflated football is easier to grip and catch.

Arguably, it resulted in their win that advanced them to the Super Bowl.

Both Brady and Patriots coach Bill Belichick have faced controversy in the scandal, as well as another late-night humorous parody, SNL’s sketch mocking their suspected involvement.

Watch the parody video above in which Damon, Krasinski, Evans, Affleck and several others (like Steven Tyler) defend Tom Brady, and show their whole-hearted support for their savior Quarterback and the Patriots!

The Patriots play the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl XLIX airing Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at 6:30 pm on NBC.
