Beliebers, hold on to your helmets (and hearts). Continuing his damage control apology tour, Justin Bieber made yet another surprise appearance on The Ellen Show (airing today, Feb. 5, 2015) to explain his humanity, and is even making a very sweet surprise appearance on The Doctors!

After appearing on Ellen Degeneres’ birthday themed show last week (Jan. 28, 2015), Justin shocked fans by posting a candid, emotional video (dubbed the “apology”) explaining his past behavior.

During another special appearance on Ellen’s talk show, Justin explained why he was so nervous last week:

“Well it was the first time I was on television for a long time and I just was worried about what people were thinking about me. Like I said last time, I did a lot of things over the past few years that I’m not proud of. But yeah I was just nervous to be in front of people again and talk in front of them. Remember?”

Ellen said positively that she thought he was “honest” to say it on TV live, and asked why he decided to release the apology video after appearing on the show. He told the crowd, “I thought I just looked really extra nervous and I kinda just wanted to explain myself.”

Understanding the pressure celebrities are under to be outgoing or to not feel nervous, Ellen replied, “I understand that and I think people appreciate that too. I think it’s hard for people to understand like Portia was telling me this, people think that all celebrities are never nervous. That we’re just comfortable. It’s not true.”

“No. I am a human, right,” Justin agreed.

He added openly, “People often forget that, even with their comments and stuff they think it doesn’t get to me. But it gets to me. You know things that people say bothers me and I gotta be strong enough to just keep it pushing. Yeah, that’s why I just wanted to make a video to just let people know that I’m human, I love people, I love love, I’m passionate about things and I’m passionate about being better and growing so I think that this is going to be an awesome chapter in my life and I’m so glad that I have you guys supporting me.”

Justin also made a surprise appearance on The Doctors (airing today as well), to show his support for a fan who survived a devastating home explosion. Bringing her flowers, a hug and a kiss on the cheek, Justin wanted share how proud he was and thank her for inspiring everyone with her courage.

Excited to see @JustinBieber on #TheDoctors tomorrow? (WE ARE!) Tune in! #JustinBieber
