Kylie Jenner is Moving Out of Kris Jenner’s Mansion, Into Her Own $2.7 Million Calabases Crib

Norman Jenner, Kylie Jenner's Dog, is More Instafamous Than You
Kylie Jenner's new puppy, an Italian greyhound named Norman (aka Normie), joined Instagram on Wednesday.

Kylie Jenner, as you know, is not your normal 17-year-old.

The reality TV star is all grown up, saying sayonara to her mother Kris Jenner, and moving into her own suburban home.

Jenner’s humble new abode is a $2.7 million mansion located in Calabasas, only one block away from sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.

The lavish 4,900 square-foot house located in The Oaks (an exclusive gated community) has a home theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms, etc. Not that she’s going to become the next big thing in lifestyle blogging or anything, but the kitchen is sick too.

TMZ has photos of the awesome pad, which is sure to be the perfect party house for her 18th birthday. They also note that the youngest of the Kardashian krew makes major bank because she’s paying for it with her own money.

To give you an idea of how much she makes, Scott Disick makes $4 million a season. Although Kris is apparently “helping her” out, it’s nevertheless Kylie’s money.

Although far away from Hollywood and the L.A. club scene (24 miles), Kylie needs a quiet place to finish up her GED which is also near her not-boyfriend Tyga.
