Tom Hanks Stars in Carly Rae Jepsen’s New Music Video, ‘I Really Like You’, and It’s Amazing

We really, really, really, really, really like Carly Rae Jepsen’s new music video, and here’s why: Tom Hanks is in it, he lip-synchs, dances, and has a Tinder profile.

In the sweet video, we see a day in the life of the Oscar-winning actor, and he gets plenty of right-swipes as he’s out and about in Soho, New York.

Plus, the song is like, really good, Justin Bieber makes a cameo at the end, and everything is ten times better when it ends with a dance party.

Between the dancing, the general positivity of the song, the cute interludes between Hanks and Jepsen (like that Forrest Gump reference), and Bieber’s surprise appearance at the end, dare we say is going to be one of the best music video’s of the year.

Following the Friday night premiere of the video, Jepsen told Bravo TV, “After shooting the video I am still in happy shock. Tom was hilarious and though it was absolutely freezing he kept our spirits up by shouting ‘huddle together now – like penguins’ when all 60 of us wanted to give up! I can’t thank him enough.”

Watch the video above and be prepared to play the song on repeat.
