Britney Spears Opens Up About Charlie Ebersol: He Makes Me ‘Feel Peaceful and at Ease’

Britney Spears is the happiest she’s been in a long time, and it’s safe to say we can probably chalk that up to love, falling hard for her “adorably hot” boyfriend (as she puts it) Charlie Ebersol.

The 33-year-old Princess of Pop covers the latest issue of People magazine, opening up about life as a momma with her two little boys Jayden and Sean — who are the most important people in her life. However, she can’t help but gush about her romance with Ebersol, too.

Spears recalls how she was immediately intrigued when her assistant showed her a photo of Ebersol. “I thought he was really adorable,” she explains. “And she said he was good to people, so I went for it.”

Ebersol asked spears out soon after, giving her the go-ahead to choose whatever she’d like to do for their first date. “I said ‘Cook for me!'” she says. “So he made fish, mushrooms, avocado with a dressing, and tomatoes and mozzarella. It was amazing.”

Fast forward six months later, they’re still dating and Spears has learned there’s much more to her beau than his cooking skills.

“There was something about him that made me feel really peaceful and at ease,” she says, admitting, “And he was really hot, too. Adorably hot.”

But it’s not just the “Perfume” songstress who adores him. Her two sons have also taken a strong liking to their mom’s new beau.

“They related to him really well, and they have fun together,” Spears explains.

While her sons are her No. 1 priority, she loves that Ebersol also makes alone time for her, having a knack for romantic gestures and really making her feel special and loved.

“For my birthday, we made waffles on the floor, with candles, and he bought me a real beautiful cake and a beautiful gift that I have on the wall,” Spears reveals. “One of my favorite songs is ‘Thank U,’ by Alanis Morissette, and he put all the words to the song in a long frame. It was really thoughtful.”
