Joni Mitchell in Intensive Care After Being Found Unconscious in Los Angeles

Singer Joni Mitchell was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Tuesday afternoon (Mar. 31, 2015) after paramedics were called to her home.

TMZ reports that the 71-year-old was found unconscious at around 2:30 p.m., but was awake on her way to the hospital.

Mitchell’s most recent public appearance was during Grammys weekend in February, when she attended a pre-show salute to music exec Martin Bandier.
