Alyssa Milano Is ‘Not Okay’ with Heathrow Airport for Confiscating Her Breast Milk

Alyssa Milano has a bone to pick with the TSA agents at Heathrow Airport in London after they confiscated 10 ounces of her freshly pumped breast milk while passing through security.

The Charmed actress has two children, 7-month-old daughter Elizabella Dylan and 3 1/2-year-old son Milo Thomas.

Milano vented her frustrated on Twitter, nine hours after tweeting that “pumping on a plane is difficult.”

She wrote:

According to Milano, the TSA tested her toiletries but discarded her breast milk.

(“to comply to those liquid rules. Instead, milk was taken away with no discussion. Shampoo, lotions, etcetera were simply tested and handed back with no issue. Makes no sense at all,” the rest of the tweet read)

(“but my other breast pump that I checked w/ the rest of my baggage… is lost. Everything arrived at my final destination except my hospital grade breast pump. Filling out a lost baggage claim now,” the end of her tweet read.)

Heathrow airport responded to Milano via Twitter, writing:

Milano has always been a prominent advocate for breastfeeding in public and wherever a woman chooses, rather than feeling pressured or uncomfortable that they have to go to a restroom and nurse.
