Sofia Vergara Being Sued By Ex-Fiance Nick Loeb Over Frozen Embryos

Awkward! Sofia Vergara's Ex Nick Loeb Interrupts
Well, here's a video that'll make you cringe.

While it seemed that the split between Sofia Vergara and her ex-fiancé Nick Loeb was amicable, when it comes to Vergara’s frozen embryos, that is a whole other story.

Loeb is allegedly trying to stop her from destroying embryos made through vitro fertilization while they were together.

In Touch Weekly reports that Sofía, who is engaged to Joe Manganiello, and Nick had embryos created from his sperm and her eggs in November 2013, and now the businessman is said to have filed a lawsuit to prevent them from being destroyed.

Court documents show that Nick — who used the pseudonym John Doe while the actress is named Jane — ‘seeks to ensure that the Female Embryos are not destroyed, but Jane Doe refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances.”

While this suit is said to have originally been filed last August, new information has been added and the documents were refiled on April 1 as Nick had hired new lawyers.

In addition to this, Nick claims Sofía was “abusive” towards him during their time together in the documents according to In Touch.

The papers also state the couple used a surrogate twice, but the procedure failed each time.
