Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Speak Out About ‘Full House’ Spinoff

Will Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen appear on the just-announced Full House spinoff? They just spoke out about the show, and their answer might actually surprise you!

Earlier this week, John Stamos went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and announced that there is going to be a Full House reunion and a 13-episode spinoff on Netflix called Fuller House.

The show will actually focus on Candace Cameron’s character (D.J. Tanner-Fuller) and Andrea Barber’s character (Kimmy Gibler), as well as Jodie Sweetin’s character (Stephanie Tanner).

But, the big question on everyone’s mind: Will the Olsen Twins (AKA Michelle Tanner) appear on the show? Well, the twins just spoke out about the show, and their answers will make you very hopeful.

“We just found out about it today,” Mary-Kate told WWD. “I guess we’re going to talk to the creators and see what’s happening.”

It sounds like the duo had no idea about the spinoff. “I ran into Bob [Saget] the other day and we didn’t even talk about it,” Ashley revealed.

Mary-Kate went on to say, “I’m shocked I haven’t heard from John [Stamos].”

The biggest takeaway from this interview: They didn’t shut down the idea of appearing on the show.

Ashley even said, “I’m going to call [Saget] and get his perspective.”
