Apparently, Beyoncé and Jay Z’s New Album Will Be Released on Tidal
Be still our Bey-Z hearts (and wallets).
DJ Skee revealed on Wednesday (Apr. 22, 2015) that the power couple’s collaboration is “finally nearing completion.”
“My sources are saying it will be exclusively released on Tidal,” Skee also added, before noting that like Jay’s Magna Carta Holy Grail, a leak is inevitable. (See, we’re basically being encouraged to save our money, despite this exclusive release and those thank you phone calls).
Earlier this year, star producer Detail (Noel Fisher) pretty much confirmed the project of our dreams, saying that he foresees a 2015 album from The Carters.
“When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think ‘album.’ You should already know,” Detail told Billboard in February.
To no one’s surprise, there hasn’t been a peep from Queen Bey, save the many, many Coachella postcards she’s been sharing on Instagram:
