WATCH: Chris Pratt Reminisces on Van Roommates in Maui With Ellen Degeneres

You know what they say — ‘If the van’s a rockin, feel free to hang out with some nachos in the back seat.’

Chris Pratt stopped by The Ellen Degeneres Show (airing today, April 23, 2015) to talk about his family vacation to Maui, the set of his new movie, ‘Jurassic World’.

Pratt shared adorable photos of his fam relaxing on the beach, featuring hilarious wife Anna Faris and their 2-year-old son, Jack.

It was so relaxing we just did not want to leave. We really didn’t! We had one of those moments where I was like, “Oh G-d I don’t want to go.” I just was having the best time, it was so cool.

Pratt shared with Ellen Degeneres that his return to Maui was a round-trip blast to the past, as he used to live on the island in a van before making it big.

Here is a picture of the goofy hunk holding a script for ‘Cursed: Part Three’ alongside his former place of mobile residence.

That’s me and that’s literally the script that got me out of Maui … the movie that I got paid $700 to do. I was like, “Score! I live in a van.” I was like “Yeah! To act? Ok! Woo hoo!” That $700 lasted me one year.

Living on such a menial income, the ‘Jurassic World’ star shared his shagalicious pad with a roommate. Degeneres wondered if this made it difficult to ‘entertain’ lady friends, to which Pratt replied, “You’d be surprised.”

Tomorrow, these two handsome devils go head-to-head in a new game.
